Energy Loss

We have all come across someone who complains feeling under the weather, feeling vulnerable, not feeling welcomed in a certain place or comfortable with a certain person; indeed, a large percentage of people around us suffer physically or psychologically with the slightest of reason.

Has anyone mentioned to you energy loss? Probably yes. To me as well. There seems though to be some vagueness in all the conversations I have got into regarding this topic. People are not sure how to deal with energy loss and moreover they are clueless on how to reinforce their energy sphere. A concise table of help follows:

Energy loss occurs when:

We don’t eat and sleep well, we don’t exercise at all and we are on substances, of course getting worse when in excess (smoking, drugs, alcohol).
We are not being creative in any way
We are not satisfied with our job and not doing anything about it
We have obsessions
We are hanging around with people of a weaker vibration, consequently devouring our own energy  (this – which is obviously not right -  is known as “vampirism”; instead, every individual ought to find a personal source of energy- below you can find ways of self-charging, with no vampirisms involved)
We are letting others fill us with guilt, manipulate and take advantage of us
We are feeling guilty by default and have regrets for who we are and what we do
We depend on others’ opinion about our personal matters, giving them power over us and proving that we don’t have enough faith in ourselves. There are times of course when we will truly need the advice of people close to us, but, what I am referring to here has to do with cases where this becomes a habit and we cannot do anything without the endorsement of others or we are constantly judging ourselves by valuing way too much their opinion
We surrender in fear and allow it to paralyze us
We depend sentimentally or materially on somebody else
We impose control (control=lack of confidence=uneasiness=fear= energy loss)
We create and feed on drama
We live in Matrix in low frequency
We feel insecure and out of focus
We struggle excessively for something or someone
We constantly watch TV, surf on the web or listen to music that emphasizes the dramatic situations in our life
We are worn out and suffer from stress
We live within our EGO and in dissociation
We do not believe in our self
We attract the pity of others, instead of their admiration, respect and support (to a large extent, this brings up the arrogance of the EGO and the dissociation that “luckily I am not in your position” and therefore “I am superior to you”). In the same way, when we look for the sympathy and mercy of others, we are in very low energy as well, coercing vampirism to gain the attention of others
We are being judgmental
We don’t set our limits
We resist and do not follow the flow of life naturally
We are constantly on some sort of medication
We are having sex (this point needs to be clarified, as there are many parameters defining whether sexual intercourse gives or takes energy from us. As a general rule, I would say that deep inside us we can understand who is beneficial or who is destructive for us, when it comes to sex. Sex is the easiest way to give our energy up, and everything mentioned above, helps you understand how this happens).

How can I charge myself with energy daily and maintain it in high levels?

The following is exactly what it would take:

Get involved with nature (even taking care of a little plant would do)
Take energy baths frequently (wash hands up to arms, neck, nape and face)
Look for exercises, techniques, therapies that are related to human nature, self-knowledge, self-therapy, energy shielding, therapy, spirituality, inward searching to achieve body and soul training (Reiki, Tai Chi, massage, reflexology, yoga meditation, music, sound therapy, Reconnection, acupuncture, exercise, crystals, psychotherapy)
Love (not  someone or something specific) but simply be in a general state of loving
Offer
Forgive yourself and forgive others
Create
Benefit fellow human beings, nature, animals
Realize the so-called “good deeds”
Show trust and follow the flow, without constantly worrying, until something new comes up
Devote even 10 minutes daily to be with yourself and experience some good moments in peace
Indulge into one thing daily that makes you happy
Maintain your optimism
Work on the kindness within your heart and express it
Find something that you like and decide to get involved with it (not necessarily professionally or because of financial benefits)
Live in the state of US, united with everything and everyone
Avoid quarrelling
Consume fruit, vegetables and in general food coming from earth
Stop rejecting yourself
Protect, love, hug, reward yourself and lift you up when you’re down

The changes that humanity is going through are obvious and they have definitely attracted our attention at various levels. In the past, people would examine all their external sources and relate happiness to them – money, marriage, social status, security, to name a few. Nobody said at that point, how to become a self-enlightened being, and instead everyone worked towards the empowerment of the mass. Isn’t it easy after all for people to be at the same level and to attack or devour the one who stands out and is different in some way?

With the arrival of New Energy on our planet, we are all required to fully find our self, our true self and fortify our energy.
Turning inwards is the key to happiness and wholeness.

This article can help you realize how others can apply vampirism on you and how you do this to others as well. We don’t need this! On the contrary, it was about time we took responsibility of our self and start growing spiritually.

Let your heart become a lighthouse, let the light shine and fill your BEING. Without any effort, you can be radiant from kilometers away, you can enlighten others, so that eventually all of us can become sound and sane beings and coexist on our planet.
